Terms of Service

Development draft · Updated 6 October 2026. These starter terms describe the current preview. The app operator needs to review and complete them before a public launch.

Using ackteev

ackteev helps people create events, RSVP, and check in with QR tickets. This development preview is intended for testing the application. Keep your account credentials private and provide accurate information when creating an account or event.

Events and RSVPs

Organizers manage their event details, capacity, guest lists, and cancellations. An RSVP reserves a place while the event remains active. Organizers can cancel events; cancelled events and cancelled RSVPs cannot be used for entry. ackteev does not currently process payments or sell tickets.

Your entry ticket

A QR ticket represents one RSVP. Keep it private and show it to the event organizer at arrival. A ticket can be checked in once. Cancelling and rejoining an event replaces the ticket code, so use the latest version.

Respect the guest list

Use event information and guest data only for the event. Do not use the app to impersonate another person, publish information you are not entitled to share, or interfere with other users’ access. Unlisted events can be viewed by any signed-in person with the event link.

About this preview

Features may change during development. This preview is not ready for events that depend on guaranteed availability. Questions about an event should go to its organizer. Before launch, the operator must publish its identity, contact details, and complete operating terms.
